Sewayojan – the end of World War II in 1945, from the terrible absorption of free service personnel and other war personnel; In July 1945, the “Directorate General of Resettlement and Employment” was created, an organization that would handle this complex problem in a similar way.

In 1952 an Organizing Committee on Training and Employment Services (popularly known as Siva Rao Committee) under the chairmanship of Shri B. Siva Rao was appointed. In order to make employment offices more effective, the Indian Parliament passed a law called the Notification Act. Compulsory vacancies since 1959. In 1959 and in 1960 (except for Jammu and Kashmir), it was implemented throughout the country. Presently 90 Employment Exchanges are working in Uttar Pradesh under the Department of Training and Employment.

Out of which 18 Regional Offices are located at the Headquarters of all the Commissioners 57 District Employment Offices, 13 University Employment Offices, 01 City Employment Office and 01 Vocational Education Employment Office in UP to the most vulnerable sections of the society with this 52 Coaching cum Guidance Centres,i.e. SC/ST, OBC category and people of different abilities are being run to improve the employability.

Career Counseling/Guidance Program:-

The main objective of this scheme is to organize career counseling camps, so that job seekers can get adequate help in the selection of career path/academic course so that they can earn their livelihood in future. In accordance with the rules and regulations mentioned in the manual of the National Government Employment Service.

Many factors of India are covered under this scheme such as; The candidate’s socioeconomic background, academic standards, qualifications and work setting are taken into consideration while providing suitable guidance or counselling. Rojgar Mela / Job Fairs | Sewayojan

On-campus placements for Sewayojan registered candidates are provided through job fairs, i.e. by the Department of Rojgar Melas. Private job recruiters. Industry is invited and an interview is arranged on campus to help the job seekers to get a suitable job/orientation under the same origin.

Model CAREER Center –

The Lucknow and Ghaziabad District Employment Exchange was updated and developed as a model career center as per the directions issued by the Director General of Employment and Training, UP’s Vocational Guidance Cell, New Delhi. The government has accepted the above proposal of Model Career Center. from India.

The Adarsh Career Center will provide the necessary information/ existence, library facility to the candidates studying in various institutes across the state; That is, the center will also provide information about the current employment scenario and the upcoming occupations.

Employment Market Information

UP Berojgari Bhatta Eligibility

• be a resident of uttar pradesh
• be between 25 and 40 years old
• At least high school passed
• Annual income of Rs.36000 from all sources
• income certificate issued by tehsildar
• Caste certificate of the applicant belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe

Berojgari Bhatta could run only for 2 years, after that this scheme was closed.

How to do Sewayojan up nic in online registration

1- For registering on the employment portal, unemployed candidates type sewayojan.up.nic.in in any browser, the home page of the sewayojan portal will open. Then click on “New Account” available on the main page.

2- After clicking on it, the “Sign UP” page will open where the user selects Jobseeker and submit by entering his name, mobile number, user id, password, e-mail etc.

3- To register for the first time on the portal, the candidate has to click on the “Profile Entry” button and tick “No” on the “Are you already registered” button on the page, after that Personal, Contact, Physical, Educational, Language Knowledge , Work Experience, Skill, Preference and Announcement page will appear. Completely fill all of this.

4- After filling the form completely, on the declaration page, click on I agree button. To print the registration card, you can get the registration certificate by clicking on Print X10 Report.

What is the Sandes App

Sandes App is an open source based indigenous instant messaging platform developed by NIC, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India to facilitate instant messaging communication across government organizations. It is hosted exclusively on government infrastructure.

It supports end-to-end encrypted messaging and encrypted backup and encrypted OTP service. Its Privacy & Data Policy is governed by the rules and regulations of the Government of India.

The Sandes App can also be integrated with other government communication systems to send encrypted messages at no cost. Currently Sandes App is integrated with NIC Email, Digilocker and e-Office.
